Hate Helpline

Contact the Hate Helpline to report the incident &/or access support, information, & referrals. This confidential service currently operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to call during these hours, you can leave a message & have an operator follow up with you. Hate & Bias activity may include: assault; hate propaganda; verbal slurs & threats; offensive graffiti; obscene & threatening phone calls; vandalism of religious or minority property.

Reach Out is a bilingual 24/7 information, support and crisis service for people with mental health or addiction concerns living in Elgin, Oxford, Middlesex or London. It is a free public service, run by trusted local organizations, that quickly connects you with the help that you need. Reach Out is available by phone or by webchat.

The Support Line

24/7 confidential listening & support for individuals aged 16 years & old. Whether you are anxious, depressed, lonely, overwhelmed or just need to talk something through with someone, you will find a supportive and caring person at our end of the line.

A Trans-led organization dedicated to improving the quality of Trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, & education.
