NFP Serviced Vendor/Exhibitor Registration

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: If you are a Food Vendor or use a trailer on site you must have the correct Vendor Permit from the City of London before you can register here. Click here for the 2026 special event vendor instructions we were given by the City of London to share with you.

Additionally if you offer personal services like face painting or hair-brading you must submit a Special Events Personal Services Vendor Form to the Middlesex London Health Unit (MLHU) 14 days before the event.
